    Alumni Spotlights

Planned Giving & Reunion Planning Videos

Reunion Planning at Webb encourages alumni to participate in Homecoming with class reunions. We want to be sure to provide you the assistance you need to create a memorable occasion for your class.
Alumni reunions are traditionally the best opportunity to reconnect with your classmates and your alma mater in familiar surroundings along with other classes celebrating reunions. We encourage your class to plan a reunion at Webb, whether it’s in 2011 or any other year.
The Webb Reunion Link provides a perspective on Webb reunions that we trust you will find inspiring. We hope, too, that it generates some thought as to how your class wishes to mark the occasion of your reunion.
Planned Gifts are the cornerstone upon which Webb was built, and they continue to play a vital role in Webb’s future. These gifts provide Webb with the fiscal strength and security required for continued growth, ensuring – among other things – that Webb remains a leader in naval architecture and marine engineering education.
Planned Gifts enable donors to establish a meaningful and permanent connection to Webb. They are also a sensible philanthropic investment, and many gifts provide immediate and valuable tax benefits and a secure income stream for a lifetime.
The most common planned gifts are beneficiary designations of a retirement plan or life insurance policy, or bequests made in a will. For more information, please view Webb’s Planned Giving video.
